Billy is a third-year law student at the University of Minnesota Law School, and he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, where he majored in history and Russian Language and Literature.

Billy worked in the University of Minnesota’s business law clinic as a student attorney and student director, where he assisted small businesses and non-profits in a variety of legal matters. Billy also worked as a research assistant in the area of corporate law and as a corporate extern at a large corporation. He has had exposure to all types and sizes of businesses, and he strives to provide practical legal advice.

Billy plans to focus his practice on transactional matters, where he can assist clients throughout the stages of the business life cycle, including entity formation and contract drafting/negotiation.
