Royee will be presenting Christopher Kalla of Hanbery & Turner, P.A. at the next Ramsey County Bar Association Real Estate Section event. Christopher Kalla will discuss how although many lawyers are somewhat familiar with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 504B that addresses much of the relationship between landlords and tenants, the distinctions between residential and commercial evictions can be subtle and nuanced but also dramatic and arises out of the 504B statute and also caselaw. The presentation will focus on those differences and similarities and how the last five years has changed that comparison. The event will take place from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on December 17, 2019 at the First National Bank Building’s Training Room in downtown St. Paul.
